image preview

Many blogs seem to have a plug in that when you click on an thumbnail, rather than refresh the page, the larger image appears via flash (over the current page). I cannot seem to find an example of this at the moment, or anything in the codex/forums.

I would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
