Cant Add/Delete Plugin

    Good Afternoon,
    I have hosted the wordpress php files to 000 webhost but for some reason I cant seem to add or delete a plugin
    it keeps giving me this error:
    Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Filesystem_Base’ not found in wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php

    Try to reinstall wordpress. I had wordpress installed to the same host and i didn’t have any problems with it.
    However you can delete or add a plugin via FTP in the wp-content/plugins folders.
