The page should display the player as well as a text link to the audio beneath it. On my PC I see both, on the iPhone & iPad I see only the link.

Hi sfamilia,
You need to enable HTML5 support because you are using the default flash player (we had to leave that due to old users).
See the description page for more info.
In short you need to add
html5="true"
to the shortcode attributes.

OK thanks, that worked. But now there are two other issues:
1. The audio does not play on the iPhone or iPad. When I click the play button nothing happens. Works fine on the PC.
2. The display of player is cut off on the iPhone and iPad (onlu the top half of the player is shown. I tried adjusting the height on the setup page but the bottom half is always cut off. Works fine on the PC.
After the most recent update, it’s not working on ios for me either.

We are working on a fix for the iOS issue guys, I apologize for the inconvenience.
bottom half is cut off for me too on my ipad. Also, no autoplay in Firefox?
I am also using the latest version and it is not displaying on iPad or iPhone. I do not know if it displays on macs at all….this is a BiG problem on my live site for a big multinational corp

@katsanpri yes aware of the iOS bugs, fixing them now. Will look in the auto-play feature too. Do you experience the autplay bug on desktop computer Fifrefox browser?
Firefox issue is on my mac book. Actually, it doesn’t play at all. Thanks for being so responsive!

Send me link please, there is probably some conflict with another plugin.
Plays fine in Safari and Chrome, but still not playing in Firefox on my mac. http://bmbnyc.pairsite.com/?page_id=24
It does work on PC in IE and Firefox.
When is there going to be an update that fixes these problems?

Hi guys,
There is update available, please update the plugin to version 1.0.11 and the iOS bugs should be fixed.
@katsanpri the Firefox bug should be fixed too, unfortunately you can see only the flash version on Firefox unless you use .ogg files too.
@sfamilia if you are still reading this i hope you can mark it as resolved.
