Fatal error, non-static method, php 5, duh gallery, wp 2.0.02

Did a clean installation this weekend, new computer, new PHP, WordPress, MySQL, the works. I like the new look of WordPress, from previous version.

I installed exec-php, and duh-gallery. When I try to access my photos page, I get this error.

Fatal error: Non-static method Duh_Gallery::Duh_Gallery() cannot be called statically in C:\www\billoliver\wp-includes\functions.php on line 1279

I post here, because this looks like a wordpress problem, from functions.php, not a duh-gallery problem. From quick google search, it seems to be related to PHP 5 on my pc.
