You plugin don’t work with WooCommerce. Is there any way to make a version for it?

Yes. In your widget settings use the following values:
Taxonomy type: Product Categories
Post type: Products

Check your javascript console. Perhaps the Jquery live function is causing problems with newer jquery versions.
