Adding underlying to Hyperlinks

This shortcut would save me days so hopefully there is an option for it.

I have a lot of hyperlinks on my site and while I can change the hyperlinks color on Canvas is there a method, CSS or otherwise to underline all hyperlinks throughout the site?
