Need help to delete theme link

I had followed the instructions for installed the following feedburner “email this link” that was provide at http://www.sheeptech.com/add-email-this-post-feature-using-feedburner
For WordPress users, just paste the following code to anywhere in your blog template you want the “Email This” link to appear:
&uri=<?php the_permalink() ?>”>Email This Post

 on my site several years ago but would like to remove it because it is start to cause problems. However I cannot remember where I put it.
Could someone please help an absent minded profess to locate it so I can remove it.
