personalized content for members

    Hi
    I run http://spritzi.com witch provide a screenshot in real time of all fashion blogs.

    I want users to be able to create there own page on witch they can chose witch bogs they want to see : personalized content.

    Is it possible using wordpress plugin ( budypress ?), and if not, witch CMS should I chose.
