Multsite — Cannot access subsite dashboard

I installed a customize theme (one that I have used before) on my wordpress multisite. As soon as I activate it on my sub site, I can no longer access the dashboard of that subsite. Even after I delete the theme via FTP, I still cannot access the dashboard. When I click on “My Sites” at the top, and select the subsite, it directs me back to the main site admin dashboard. However, if I type in the url — http://subdomain.mysite.com/wp-admin, I can access the dashboard…only for it to kick me back to the main site as soon as I click on anything.

Has anyone heard of this? Is there a fix? I spent a very long time customizing the style.css file to fit my needs….it would be horrible for this not to work. Any help would be great — and if you dont quite understand my problem, I would be more than happy to explain in greater detail.
