Scrolling text plugin

I don’t normally post here because I can usually figure things out. However, I’m looking for a very minimalistic horizontal text scrolling plugin:

-Transparent
-Custom text (don’t need posts/news feed)
-Hyperlink option
-HTML code option (colors,text size, font)
-Speed/fade if possible
-Minimalistic (optimized is the better word…not clunky)

I’ve tried a few plugin and they weren’t cutting it. Before I go modifying or creating my own, I would like to feel what’s out there.
