Spell-checker Plugin

Does anyone know why I might be getting this “error” message when I try to “activate” my spell-checker plugin? I have tried twice this a.m. so thought I would ask now, rather than wait and become more frustrated.

I had a crazy thought after writing this, and that is the dictionary I have bookmarked, LOL!! But I would like to have a spell-checker since WP has this one:) thank you much, Denise
