Broken links from previous style.css when Theme re-uploaded

    I recently had a problem updating a theme. It had custom CSS and when I updated the theme it fell apart. I had to re-uploaded the theme and decided to use it without any customization to prevent future update problems. Pingdom showed delays in upload times and pointed to
    http://mysticctweddingsthe411.com/style.css? and http://mysticctweddingsthe411.com/style.css
    When I looked in the WP content file on Go Daddy, I can see the clearfix.css, custom.css, ie.css and jquery.lightbox-0.5.css but they are greyed out. Did I do something wrong in the upload? Should I delete the things that are greyed out? They are greyed and they have what looks like a wheel on the bottom right.
