Is it possible to remove external links to other sites in posts, but set some sort of exclude for monetized affiliate links without scouring the entire site to place url’s in an area to do so?

I should have been more specific. Does this plugin remove external links as the post is published, without later removing a category link or links from say Viglink or Skimlinks later. Is it only at the time of creation?
