browser cache right ? i tried that also i tried in a new browser too. even i deleted it it is showing somehow. weird.
You do not use WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache?

Your problem is not the cache friend MiniPopup.

before 1 week ago i clear my super cache and uninstalled it completely.
and yesterday i uninstalled and deleted mini popup.
