template problem.. streching

i’m using the 3 column kubrick template and some have told me that the text of the main column and the sidebar strech out beyond the border of the template design.. they are on a windows os and i have asked them what browsers they use and am waiting for their reply.. my computer is a mac and i dont experiance this on either mozilla browsers, however, internet explorer on mac makes the banner on top invisible.. what can i do to fix these problems?
