Publish Permission for Users

Hello…

The thing is that I’m currently working on a word pres powered page that will have main categories, where only the head editors are allowed to publish stuff, but all editors will have their own personal blog (based on teir own personal categories)…

No I need something that manages to give the users different permissions in which category they are allowed to publish stuff…

Is there any plugin avaible that manages to do this? I searched a lot but didnt found anything…
