request smooth transition on page load

Hi,

I really like this plugin. I’ve been using it to create a sub-menu at the top of the page, allowing for the sub-menu to click and scroll down to different sections of the page.

The issue I have is when I include #id in a url. Ideally what happens is the page loads, and then scrolls down to the section finding the appropriate #id.

The only issue I have is: rather than the page loading, and then scrolling down as if I had just clicked on the section, it abruptly jumps to the appropriate section, rather than gently scrolling down the page.

Any way to fix this? Small issue I know.. it’s the small things that make the difference.
