Uploading Big Files

I’m using wordpress to set up a site for my brother who is a pastor. He would like to offer downloads of his sermons which come as rather large mp3 files (too large, in my view!). He is never going to learn to use FTP, so is there a WP plugin that would allow me to handle large uploads? The built in uploader falls over when I try.
