Add DIV toggle to home page

You’ll notice below the header there is a “Search by Category or Search by destination” all within one.

What I want to do is have a toggle and for the two to appear separately.

For eg. If use clicks the “Location” toggle at the top then they are able to search by Location and Sub Location and if the user clicks “Category” toggle at the top then they are able to search by Category and “Sub Category”. How can this be accomplished and how can i show the toggle right above the search or at the top.
