Can't Access Admin page Due to Plugin update

    Can you kindly assist me. I had a pingflesh plugin update but since then I have been unable to access my WP admin page. The fatal error shown is

    Warning: pingfresh_admin::pingfresh_admin(/home/hertzsam/public_html/wp-content/plugins/imsccore/includes/devicedetect.php) [pingfresh-admin.pingfresh-admin]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hertzsam/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pingfresh/admin/admin.php on line 91

    Fatal error: pingfresh_admin::pingfresh_admin() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/hertzsam/public_html/wp-content/plugins/imsccore/includes/devicedetect.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/hertzsam/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pingfresh/admin/admin.php on line 91

    please assist me with resolving this. Thank you

    FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/imsccore folder.

    thank you. I have removed the file but an still getting this on my page

    Please how do i get this removed.

    Try resetting the plugins folder using phpMyAdmin.
