Hi,
1. That’s fine
2. Can you please clarify
3. I meant about forums that can also bring me some traffic.
4. Thanks. Will check out.
5. Thanks. Will get in touch with them.
Directories where? For what? There aren’t any places on WordPress.ORG for promoting or traffic-generating, no.
Same with #3 – do a web search for whatever you are looking for – these forums aren’t intended for building traffic or SEO. WordPress.ORG only provides free software and some help with using the software. What you do with it is up to you!
There are tons of resources for SEO, building traffic, etc. out there – I’m sure you’ll have no problem finding lots :).
Hi,
I guess, you didn’t get me. I was talking about those forums where people intreact and use their site URL as a signature. I have read at lots of places to participate in forums that are related to our site so that there are more chances of people visiting the site. I wasn’t referring to this forum. I hope you got me.
Thanks

I don’t get you either.
It’s easy to “get” me and WPyogi though, just start with the Welcome Page. 😉

That’s where people share links to their site as a signature to get links back to their site and improve their standing in search engines.
I’m glad you’re not talking about here as that’s not permitted here.
Ultimately WordPress installations are just another location on the Internet. The same strategies and “SEO” methods apply as any other site and can be used on WordPress as well.
Thanks to all the members who took time off and responded here.
