How come? I thought all themes would be supported.
That theme is not released under GPL license – so it’s not in keeping with WP policy/philosophy. I’d suggest you find another theme ASAP. This explains a bit more why:

Gotya – thanks for the heads up! Ok well could someone suggest me something to replace this http://www.sthelensaa.co.uk/content/ want it to be nice and simple but functional, something the end user would not struggle with.

Yeah, you really don’t want to get tangled up with a spammy theme :). A couple of great themes with tons of built-in options and great developer support are Suffusion and Weaver II – you can find them via your dashboard or here:
