Latest Version breaks DHTML dropdowns

    FYI, I just upgraded to the latest version, and I find that my DHTML dropdowns don’t work on any page anymore where the js has been minified. (See the top menu)

    When I view the page as a logged-in user (non-minified) the dropdowns work. When I am not logged in, they don’t work. I have disabled js minify for the time being.

    The error I get in the console is “cannot find jquery”.

    These were working fine in the last version.

    Apache version 2.2.23
    PHP version 5.3.17
    MySQL version 5.0.96-community
    Architecture x86_64
    Operating system linux
