I’m not sure which facebook plugin you are using (there are many), but WordPress counts WordPress comments, not Facebook comments. If people comment on Facebook, that comment goes to Facebook. The plugin is only pulling in those comments from Facebook.

I have installed “facebook comment” plugin. It works fine. It posts comments as it should, however, when I’m scrolling down the blog, where above each post it should display the number of comments it says 0. When I disable the facebook plugin and use the theme comments it works!
What should I do?
