Hi.

I’m trying to change the layout of comments.

The default, the comments are show like this: http://postimg.org/image/9544owqvb/

Now i want to have this: http://postimg.org/image/qdqf9y567/

But i can’t to modify that. Could you help me, please?

You can change the displayed fields and their order with the option “Comment html code”. Read the help text for this options for more details. For the correct layout and styling you have to add the required css somewhere in your css files.
