Comments missing on Home Page

The comments at the bottom of my home Page are enabled, but aren’t showing up. All it shows is “Comments (0)” and links to http://deanish.com/wp/#respond. There’s no way to post comments on that Page, but the other Pages (like this) are OK. I’m using the Static Front Page extension. Any ideas?
