I’m having the same problem. No plugs installed. White screen at login. If I change theme in phpmyadmin I can login and change back to discover I can make changes to website, but white screen after each change. I have to hit the back button to get back to admin screen. Seems to have a redirect problem in Admin.
Forgot to mention I’m using Version 3.5.1
Firstly try this solution:

Secondly, download the latest version of discover which has a fix for this issue: http://wordpress.org/themes/discover
And then reactivate and try. Let me know, if that works now.

I went through some other posts and found solution.
Did remove some spaces from function.php file and surprisingly it worked.
