new comment

to see the new comment in home page always i must reload, is it normal or i make a mistake in page cache
i make: Cache front page
cache preload: 120 seconds
purge policy: Front page, Post comments pages, Post comments feed
Garbage collection interval: 3600 seconds
Comment cookie lifetime: 3600 seconds

Any help will be appreciate
