Setting Up WordPress on Windows Dedicated Host

    I was “gifted” a Windows Dedicated Host to run my busy WordPress site on. I’m looking for some instructions on how to install and setup things properly for the best performance/security options.

    The things I am most interested in are.

    1) I have an admin login with Remote DeskTop – do I create new user accounts to run IIS etc? Will i run into problems with other services?
    2) What package should I use to download/install PHP and MySQL (the server is Windows 2003 Server SP1)
    3) What else do I need to know/consider?

    If you were ‘gifted’ a Windows Dedi box, I’m envious. Pay someone $50 or $80 bucks to get it quickly installed and secured properly. At least, that’s what I’d do if I had just gotten gifted a dedi box. 😉
