Content area above posts/ make sticky full width-full post

Hi there,

I’m looking for a way to create a introduction tekst above the posts.
I’m thinking about 3 ways to make this possible:

– Creating a page with the introduction tekst, and beneath this the posts…(is there a shortcode to do something like this?) (would be the simplest solution i guess)
– make sure the sticky post is full width- without exerpt, so full post is visible. seems doable, but how?
– creating a content space on top of my posts page (which seems ‘impossible’?)

What would be the way to go here? Love the way its presented, but i need an introduction tekst, which i dont want to have on another page, to keep it nice and compact.

any input/ insight would be nice!
