Multi site login and clonerr

I have tried multiple plugins to try to get the features I need to no avail (ns cloner, duplicator, site cloner etc). All I am trying to do is allow for myself to be able to copy one main template and create another site so to speak for my customers so I will only have to customize their page without having to reinstall plugins and reconfigure everything. What is the easiest way to get this accomplished? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
