Brand New Web Site

Hi I have an existing web site for my cycling club that I want to get other members to be able to easily contribute (ie use the beaut WYSIWYG interface). If I begin again redesigning my pages using WordPress am I able to include individual pages (such as About, Membership, News, Contacts etc) rather than the ‘pages’ that can be generated using the dashboard.
