Header graphics – IE & Firefox

    Can someone please give me some advice about formatting my header so that it displays identically in IE and Firefox.

    My site is http://www.posiesplace.net

    At the moment I have gotten around my problem by leaving the background colour in my header as white and by moving my graphic over to the right so that the left of the graphic is not snipped off in firefox.

    The header looks perfect in Firefox but if you look at it in IE then you’ll see the discrepancy (about 1.5cm) between the left side of the image and the end of the header.

    How can I fix this?
