slideshow not displaying at full height

I have created a slideshow with the following dimensions: 431px high X 765px wide. The images used in the slideshow are the exact dimensions of the slideshow. However, the slideshow is displaying at only about half the height, cutting off the bottom half of every image, except for one image, which is displaying the middle of the image. It happens whether I use the meteor widget or insert the shortcode, and it happens no matter where I place it – header, page, etc.
