Chrome occasionally not working

I have a decently large amount of traffic, between 200-400k views a day, and it seems a small number of Chrome users have a problem clicking the enter button. I’ve been able to reproduce the problem once by remote connecting to a willing user’s computer and seeing what it could be.

Only thing I found was by removing the Z-index from the source code in the dev console made it work. Their version of Chrome was identical to mine, no plugins active, nothing that seemed out of place. Not sure why it affects some people and not others, and always only on Chrome.

It’s been going on for a couple months, figured it couldn’t hurt to ask here and see if any other users have seen this and come up with a fix. Thanks!
