    Hello there Roger,
    I’m not sure how this is related to the BuddyPress Activity Plus plugin… Could you please elaborate?

    What I mean is would it be possible to share the post site wide or to specific members rather than to other social networks for which there are plenty of plugins. For example could I use @ or # in front of their name?

    I think you can already do that with BuddyPress…
    @username will link to that user and notify them that they have been mentioned!

    Unfortunately no, BuddyPress does not currently support this (at least to my knowledge).
