Single post missing after U-Design theme update

One of my posts does not seem to be showing.

I haven’t been aware of any problems up until now. All the information appears to be in the post, which is still published. I can’t work it out. It was fine before.

The only thing I can think of is that when I updated my theme (U-Design), something has happened. The weird thing is that everything else is unaffected (as far as I can see). All that seems to be showing on the page is the DISQUS box.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get it to show
