upload hook

I’ve looked over several lists of plugin hooks and dont think what I need exists (yet) but thought I might ask here just to make sure.

In 2.x’s admin/post.php contains the file upload functions, and with it come the 2 tabs : ‘upload’ and ‘browse’.

Is there a known hook for adding an additional tab to that specific menu and if so, what is it?
