Please! I went to sleep and my site was fine…I woke up and it looks the way it does now. I have no clue what could have happened.
“Urgent help” is not a very helpful thread title; not only does it not convey any information but what is urgent for you is not for others.
Now that that is out of the way, have you checked to see if your posts are still in the DB? Can you login to the admin panel? Have you emailed your host?

You think it might be a host problem? Ok.
I can get into my admin panel but parts of it on the dashboard look similar to what it looks like on the main page.
Sorry for the bad use of a title, I’d edit it now if I could it was early in the morning when I saw what happened and wasn’t in my right mind.
The section in my admin panel where the posts would be are not there. I will contact the person who set this up for me.
All things have a cause. Generally, if you’ve done nothing and an issue like this occurs, it is likely it is a hosting issue (DB gone awry etc…).
Drop them an email and ask them to investigate. If you have PHPMyAdmin, it’s worth checking to see if your posts are still in the DB.

Ok, I will do that. Thank you. Is it possible I”ve lost all my posts?
If your host had a problem, and had no backups (that’s a BAD thing), and you have no recent dump of your database yourself, then yes, your posts might be gone. You can check in google’s cache of your site and probably get them back using copy n paste to a text file, which will be a PITA if there are a lot of them.
That’s the worst-case scenario, with a hopeful partial fix. With luck your host will have a backup fairly recent, if it’s a problem on their end.
Once you’ve sorted this out, it would be well worth your time and effort to find out if you have access through your host cpanel (assuming they give you one) so that you can make regular database backups of your own.
