Plugins shortcodes not working with W3?

Hi,

I use plugins (namely mTouch quiz, widget on pages and social media tabs) on my website that are called via shortcodes.

When I activate W3, the shortcodes appear on pages instead of calling the plugins.

Any idea how to fix this?
