plugin vixy youtube embed: Interfering with editor

    Hi

    A site I work on has been using Vixy Youtube embed plugin for a while, then last night it started interfering with our text editor. When it is activated we cannot write any articles or even place the cursor in the text edit box. The plugin version is 3.1. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but the same thing is happening. No other plugins have been added between the time it was working and not working.

    WordPress version 3.5.1

    Are there settings I should be checking or is there a fix that anyone knows about for this?

    Update: I don’t think it is the plugin because I just tried another youtube plugin and I am having the same problem. It must be something else with my site. Any suggestions on what I should be checking?
