shortcode won't work

    hi, i have a problem with the plugin, i’m using the shortcode to generate the form but all i get is the shortcode text it self not the form.
    i try using it in the content, the widget and the template and neither of those work always get the shortcode text.

    any idea why is this happening.
    i use ajax to get the content and use the global $post so i can use the the_content() function im not sure if it not filtering the content right or should i use a special filter hook for the form to generate.

    What version of WP and Contact Form 7 do you use? Can you share the site URL?

    my wp version is 3.5.1 and CF7 is 3.4 and the site url is http://dev.eivos.com/soliplast/oficina/
    the contact form should appear under contacto > descrubra +

    Not sure what you mean. In which page do you use the contact form?

    under the circle call contacto, a popup will showup there you click on descubra+ that will open a window where the contact form should appear, for now i use the html code generated on a normal page and paste it and its working, but still is kinda weird why the shortcode doesn’t convert.
