    I purchased the Premium Nimble portfolio plug in on Friday night 26.5.13 and connection was interrupted while I was downloading. When I tried to download again I’m receiving the message ‘Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file Go to homepage.’
    I’ve emailed 3 times and haven’t had a response – could someone get back to me today please as I need to work on this urgently for my client.

    We did send you a copy of our plugin zip on Fri, Apr 26, 2013 at 11:32 PM (GMT/UTC).

    And then again on Wed, May 1, 2013 at 12:14 PM (GMT/UTC) after your another complain.

    Thank you. It turns out you sent a zip file within an hour of my email (that’s impressive!) but that didn’t arrive due to no fault of yours (or mine!) – an over active spam filter blocked it. I now have it and really appreciate your speed of response. Thank you.
