Logs > changed file records

Just need some reassurance or clarity around what I should be seeing in the changed file record logs that i get warnings about.

i dont think my site has been compromised but cant always understand what the logs are telling me. Like for instance most of the entries seem to relate to wp-cache or supercache. I also see alot of entries ending with .gz which Im unsure about.

Hopefully someone can bring some sanity to my world 🙂
