This is a request for help not just from the WordPress tech’s, but any member who can help me solve a Feedburner issue. It doesn’t seem to work and I don’t know if it’s something I’m doing wrong or Feedburner itself. I set it up like the Feedburner site said to a couple of days ago, but when you click on “subscribe by email” the reply window says “email subscriptions are not enabled.”

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Site URL?

    Oh Lord! I forgot! http://www.buellreview.com

I had a fatal error and was handing out 404 errors “page not found” so I had to start all over with a fresh copy of wordpress. My host was unable to figure out the problem and everything offered in “Changing your site URL” here on WordPress didn’t cure my problem. I tried everything with my host tech support.

However, I was still having Feedburner issues getting it to work. If others have had issues I should be aware of, I appreciate the info1 Thanks all!

Have you added your site to Feedburner? What is your Feedburner URL?

My theme is theme alley. I’m not sure what my feedburner ID is. would that be my Title? Original feed? or Feed address?

    The feed is working.

the reply window says “email subscriptions are not enabled.”

Do the email subscriptions work now?

That’s the problem. I have them enabled, but Feed Burner doesn’t recognize it and tech support is fairly non-existent. GRRR!

Maybe I’m rushing things while propagation takes place?

No, as your Feedburner link works, go back to your account there, get a fresh code, insert it and try.

Do I need to get a chiclet code since I have a built in widget for email subscriptions in my theme, Theme Alley?
I’ve tried my Title, My Original feed link and my Feed address.

Well, I think I got it working! I separated the words in the code and i guess I wasn’t supposed to do that! Lol!
