How to add a Pagination

I have installed a third party comments guestbook and had to insert code to allow the recent comments to be displayed as it didnt look like this was compatible with the theme. I have now displayed the recent comments ok but it shows all comments. Does anyone know if there is a way I can add a pagination to this?
