    Getting an error in the admin when WP_DEBUG is true

    NOTICE: wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https/lib/WordPressHTTPS/Url.php:506 - Undefined index: query
    NOTICE: wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https/lib/WordPressHTTPS/Url.php:507 - Undefined index: fragment

    This error message block appears over 100 times in the WP error log of my installation.
    This is critizised by plugin “Codestyling Localization”, too. (Simply install that plugin and click on the link ‘Localization’ in section ‘Tools’.)
