Background for post info area

Used this for the menu bar background and worked perfectly….. well if anyone knows how to keep it centered as the page width changes it would be perfect lol

Tried it for the post info bar with no luck. Won’t show period. Is it even possible to have a background image in the little post info areas? Any help is very appreciated.

Oooo should add I am using Weaver II Pro 1.3.4 if that makes any difference.
