If you click Activity Log and then you should see the Failed backup. You can then click View Events and it will give us the reason.

Thanks, file size was too large. Can’t reduce it so I’ll have to look at other backup options.
What was the file size?
Was the backup to our online vault?
We can increase online quota up to 500MB for free of charge upon request, that’s all.
If it’s due to file too large errors on files backing up, it’s a PHP limitation so no plugin would be able to back those files up.

It was online; file size is 152mb. Increasing online quote would be great. What info do you need from me?
Just your username for the online vault. Email it to support “at” backup-technology.co.uk with subject “WordPress backup quota” or similar and ask for 250mb or 500mb and you should get a response within a day or two.

I have tried to back up my site via email and online and keep getting this message.
