Media uploading to wrong directory

Hi all,

I’m currently unable to upload images or other media using the admin panel. At first I thought it was a permissions problem, but then, after installing the Easy Media plugin, I got an error message telling me that the uploads are pointed to a directory that does not and cannot exist.

How do I change the media upload directory in the admin panel? Old posts say to do it through Settings->Miscellaneous, but I don’t have a ‘miscellaneous’ option in my Settings. I’m using the 2013 theme, if that matters.
